A Tandoori style chicken curry, that is light on spice and big on flavour. Perfect for a family dinner. Serve it with Naan bread, fresh coriander and a dollop of natural style yoghurt
For a Carb-Free meal, serve over vegetables instead of rice!
Serves 4 - 6
1. Cook your favourite rice
2. Remove curry from packaging, and pour into saucepan or microwave safe container.
3. Saucepan - heat on medium till boil then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Microwave - Heat on high until hot through.
4. Serve over rice
